Getting Back into Shape

Went wrestling two days in a row! I've been neglecting to exercise for months now because of all the work at the office. I've been trying to get back into shape but it's been very difficult, especially in wrestling which requires huge bursts of energy. Last week and the day before yesterday I think I got high blood pressure and I was begging off from some drills or sparring. Yesterday I think I started to do well, was able to keep up with everyone.

I was tempted to wrestle today as well, but decided that getting some work done was the priority. The problem with tough workouts is that I end up sleeping a lot more, which is of course bad for my productivity.

I'm planning to enroll in a Muai Thai gym near the office, so I can get a mid-week workout and thus keep my fitness level up throughout the week, as opposed to a shock during the weekend.
